We have a 30 day return policy. We would like you to be completely happy with your products. If you are not happy with any of the items that you have received we are happy to refund or replace your goods. Follow our easy steps below. However, some restrictions may apply please see below:
1. Please inform us within 14 days. You can call us on 01476 333 043 or via the contact box below detailing which goods you intend to return. Please add your reference number if you have it, and to press submit.
You have a 14 day right to change your mind and get a full refund on your digital content as long as the usb or contents of the CD packs remain unopened and unused.
You do not have this right to cancel once a download has started.
If your digital content is faulty, you’re entitled to a repair or a replacement.
If the fault can’t be fixed, or if it hasn’t been fixed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you can get some, or all of your money back.
2. Return your goods within 30 days. The postage costs will be met by the purchaser. Please wrap the items to be returned in a suitable manner.

Unsealed audio, or software that were sealed at the time of delivery
