Our returns policy and contact form

We have a 30 day return policy. We would like you to be completely happy with your products. If you are not happy with any of the items that you have received we are happy to refund or replace your goods. Follow our easy steps below. However, some restrictions may apply please see below:

1. Please inform us within 14 days. You can call us on 01476 333 043 or via the contact box below detailing which goods you intend to return. Please add your reference number if you have it, and to press submit.

You have a 14 day right to change your mind and get a full refund on your digital content as long as the usb or contents of the CD packs remain unopened and unused.

You do not have this right to cancel once a download has started.

If your digital content is faulty, you’re entitled to a repair or a replacement.

If the fault can’t be fixed, or if it hasn’t been fixed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you can get some, or all of your money back.

2. Return your goods within 30 days. The postage costs will be met by the purchaser. Please wrap the items to be returned in a suitable manner.

Please note: There are some goods you can’t return if you simply change your mind, these are:

CDs, USB memory drives or software.
Unsealed audio, or software that were sealed at the time of delivery
If an item is faulty or damaged please return in original packaging and we will be happy to replace the item. Again, please contact us first on the form below, we are happy to help in any way we can.
